How to: Make Backup copies of the Software

After downloading the Software from our website, save or copy your download to CD, USB thumb drive, etc. exactly as if you were saving documents or photos.
It is important to save the original download files instead of the files out of the Natural Healing folder.

The files available for download on our site are Installation Files - they can be used to install the software on any Windows OS computer. Once run, the Installation File will install the software at this location:
C:\Program Files\NaturalHealing\
The files in the NaturalHealing folder, although used to run the software, are not very useful for back-up and re-installation. Your original download (that's 1 .exe file for each software) is all you really need to re-install the software.

For registered customers: Reinstalling the software may generate a new program Serial Number (which means that you'll need new Reg Keys). To get your software back up and running asap, email your program's Support Form (it contains your new Serial Number) with your customer details. This is a free service - we will try to email your new Reg Keys within 1 day. You can find our contact email addresses right on the Support Form.

How to: Transfer the Software to another Computer

After downloading the Software from our website, save your download to CD, USB thumb drive, etc., and move it over to your second computer. Double-click on the file name to start the installation wizard. Follow the instructions of the installation wizard, or in other words click Next, Next, Next... to finish installing the software.

The software will install (default setting) here: C:\Program Files\NaturalHealing\
Do not move your downloaded file (the Installation File) into the above NaturalHealing folder. Many of our Installation Files share the same name as the post-installation .exe files, so placing the Installation File into the Natural Healing folder will over-write (delete) the software!

Please be aware that our software registration system is computer dependant. Your program's unique Serial Number will be different for each computer that the software is installed on.

If placing an order, please take care to send the Serial Number from the computer that you will be using the software on.
P.S. Please let us know if you'd like to register the software for multiple computers.

How to: Upgrade older software versions

Should I remove the old files first? This is not necessary since the new files will over-write the old ones.
Also, if you keep the old files, your new versions should automatically install as 'registered' so there is no need to re-input your Registration Keys.

How do I upgrade? You can download new files either from our Homepage, product pages, or from our Upgrades page.
Our 'regular' files and 'upgrade' files are exactly the same (identical file sizes) so it doesn't matter which page on our website you download from. The benefit of downloaded directly from our Upgrades page is that you have access to the latest update news such as descriptions of program upgrades and version #s.
After downloading, just double-click on the file name to start the installation wizard.

Our software is not designed to run on Mac computers - but a few of our customers have successfully used our software on their Macs by installing Windows in conjunction with 'Parallels' compatability software*. Shareware Installation Success!
If you get this far and you would like to purchase a Reg Key for full software access, please locate your program's Serial Number and use any of our regular ordering methods. Your Reg Key will remove all of the Shareware's limitations.
If you have already bought this software in the past, simply send us your name and new program Serial Number for free re-registration.
